First of all, take a deep breath. Planning for your big day is already stressful enough. We are here to assist you. Take your time and read through the FAQs. These will help you plan and make better choices.

HOW TO ORDER?

WHAT IS THE ORDER PROCESS?

  2. Consultation on budget, type of cards, material etc.

  3. Upon agreement, receive a quotation within 48 hours or less (business days)

  4. Proceed with 50% deposit of total

  5. You will receive the first digital preview within 3 business days

  6. Proofread / Amendment / Final confirmation

  7. Proceed for production

  8. Balance payment with delivery charges

  9. Delivery


WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?

Minimum of 100 pieces.
*Per content. Different details/text per card count as separate order


CAN I HAVE THE PACKAGES / PRICE LIST?

We do not offer packages. All item can be purchased separately.


Due to the variety of material, type of cards, finishing, we are not able to provide pricelist.


WHEN TO ORDER WEDDING INVITATIONS?

We recommend 7 - 8 weeks prior to the date you wish to send the invitations out (not the wedding date).


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PRINT MY ORDER?

DESIGN PHASE
Upon deposit, you will receive a digital preview within 3 business days.
Any amendment can be made at this stage.
*You are allowed THREE COMPLIMENTARY amendments.
*Each subsequent amendment will take 1-2 business days to process


PRINTING PHASE
Once the final design is confirmed, we will proceed for production.
Digital Printing : 15 business days
Hotstamping : 20 business days
Lasercut : 4 - 5 weeks

We recommend ordering your invitations 7-8 weeks prior to your preferred mailing date to accommodate the printing, production and quality control process and delivery.


CAN I REQUEST RUSH ORDER?

No.

To ensure product quality and ordering experience goes smoothly, we are not at capacity to accept rush order.

We do suggest that you consider MOTION EVITE (video invitation) which can be ready within 1-2 business days upon payment.


CAN I CHANGE THE COLOR OF THE DESIGN?

No changes on color/ type of floral / placement of graphic on any template design.

Fonts and write up can be changed if required, although we have chosen the typefaces and wording placement that we believe look the best with each design.


CAN I REQUEST CUSTOM DESIGN?

Unfortunately, we do not accept custom design request.

I FOUND A DESIGN ON PINTEREST. CAN YOU COPY IT?

In respect to other designer and copyrights, we will not copy an existing design.
However, we are happy to take inspiration from an idea or mood boards and suggest design from our own collection that best match your theme.


DO YOU PROVIDE DIGITAL INVITATION?

For every order of printed invitation cards, upon request, we will provide JPEG (digital image) version send via WhatsApp. Exact design and dimension as the invitation card.

Alternatively, you can check out MOTION EVITE, an elegant video invitation that you can share to your guests via WhatsApp or Social Media. Motion Evite is sold separately.


CAN I PURCHASE YOUR DESIGN AND PRINT MYSELF?

No. Unfortunately, we do not offer this service.


CAN I HAVE THE DESIGN FILE FOR MY WEDDING PLANNER / BANNER / WELCOME BOARD / DOOR GIFT ETC?

We DO NOT provide any design file or editable format ( Ai. Psd. Pdf ).


WILL THE COLOR OF MY ORDER MATCH MY SCREEN?

Actual colours may vary 1-2 shades brighter or darker. Every screen has a different capability to display colors and this may effect the digital preview.

Digital printing color also may appear slightly different on different material (glossy/matte).

We CAN NOT guarantee the exact colour as the photo / digital preview. This is due to digital printing / factory material / lighting / screen colour display.


CAN I USE MY OWN WORDING FOR MY INVITATION?

Of course! To avoid mistakes or spelling errors, kindly type out the details and send via WhatsApp. We also accept Document format.


WHAT ARE THE DETAILS REQUIRED FOR THE INVITATION?

Below are our default template. Feel free to share if you have your own format. To avoid mistakes or spelling errors, kindly type out the details and send via WhatsApp.

Sender : Bride’s Parents / Groom’s Parents / Bride & Groom’s Parents
(Which side is the invitation from)

HOW MANY DIGITAL AMENDMENTS DO I GET?

You will receive a digital preview of your order via WhatsApp.
You are allowed THREE ROUNDS OF AMENDMENTS.
Any subsequent changes are each RM50.
We recommend that you bundle as many changes as you can each round.

*Each amendment will take 1-2 business days.


CAN I CHANGE MY QUANTITY AFTER CONFIRMATION?

We are not able to accept reduce of quantity upon deposit.

With current climate, we understand the hesitation or uncertainties surrounding your event. We would suggest opting for MOTION EVITE (video invitation). A video invitation with complimentary amendment in the event of postponement. MOTION EVITE is sold separately.


CAN I MAKE CHANGES AFTER THE CARDS ARE PRINTED?

Unfortunately, no. Upon your approval, we will proceed for production.
No changes can be made once the order has been approved for production.

When working on your order, we will do our best to avoid any punctuation or spelling mistakes; however, we strongly recommend you double and triple check the digital preview when final files are sent.

Upon receiving the final artwork, kindly be sure to double check the following
Spelling, Punctuation, Name, Date, Time, Contact numbers, Address
*whichever applicable

Please note that it is the client’s responsibility to fully check the proof for any errors, misspellings, etc. Ello is unable to accept responsibility for any errors after a file has been approved for printing.


HOW DO YOU DELIVER MY ORDER?

All delivery via registered courier and limited to within Malaysia.

DELIVERY WITHIN WEST MALAYSIA
4 - 5 business days

DELIVERY TO EAST MALAYSIA
7 - 10 business days

Delivery dates are an estimate only, not a guarantee. Delivery during peak season and to remote areas may take longer.

Delivery charges will be after we packed and weighed the order. All delivery done via postage. Tracking details will be provided.

We DO NOT offer self pick up or COD.


DO YOU DELIVER TO SINGAPORE / BRUNEI ?

At the moment, all delivery is limited to within Malaysia.

However, for Singapore / Brunei clients, you can opt to have your order delivered to the address below and self pick up upon arrival.

We are 100% online based. No physical shop.
We DO NOT offer self pick up or COD.


WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT METHODS?

We accept payments via Online bank transfer and PayPal (international)

For Pay Pal, there will be additional 5% processing fees (per each transaction)


CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We only accept cancellation on these few conditions
