WHAT IS MOTION EVITE?
Elegant wedding invitation video that you can share with your guests via WhatsApp or social media.
WHAT FILE WILL I GET?
You will receive a Video (MPEG-4) that is fully customised with your details.
No physical item will be shipped.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE ORDER?
Approximately within 1-2 days upon payment. Provided you have all the details ready.
WHERE CAN I SEE THE TEMPLATES?

CAN I REQUEST CUSTOM DESIGN?
Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept custom design request.
CAN I CHANGE THE COLOUR/FLOWER?
All design/colours/number of pages are fixed.
CAN I HAVE THE INVITATION IN ARABIC/OTHER LANGUAGE?
Yes. You can choose any of the following supported languages:
Bahasa Melayu, English, Arabic, Greek, Spanish, Russian, Afrikaans, French, Kazakh & Portuguese.
CAN I USE MY CHOICE OF MUSIC?
No. Due to copyright and licensing, we can only use music from our archive.
You can select any music from any of the Motion Evite in the link HERE.
We DO NOT ACCEPT YouTube music or downloaded music.
CAN I REQUEST LONGER VIDEO DURATION?
Unfortunately, the video duration is fixed to 25 - 30 seconds.
The text is kept simple so that they are readable within the time frame.
Lengthy text doesn’t guarantee a longer video duration.
CAN I ADD EXTRA PAGES?
No. The templates are fixed.
CAN I ADD RSVP / LINK?
Motion Evite is strictly a video invitation.
No clickable RSVP or Website link can be added.
CAN I ADD QURAN VERSE?
Please note that we will NO LONGER ACCEPT Quran verses to be included in any Motion Evite.
If you need to include one, please provide the translation (terjemah) in either English or Bahasa.

WHAT IS THE ORDER PROCESS?
1. Select design and music from available TEMPLATES.
2. Provide us with event details
3. Proceed with full payment.
4. First still visual preview will be provided within 24 hours after payment.
5. Amendment / Proof read / Confirmation
6. Completed video send via WhatsApp
DESIGN PHASE - within 24 hours or less
You will receive a still image preview. Any amendment can be made at this stage.
*You are allowed THREE ROUNDS of amendments.
*Each round of amendment will take 3-4 hours to process
VIDEO PHASE - within 24 hours or less
Once the design and details are confirmed, we will proceed with video.
Transition and music added at this stage.
Completed video send via WhatsApp.
*Fees applied for each subsequent amendment after the final video is completed.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES AFTER THE VIDEO IS COMPLETED?
Yes, however a small fees applied for each changes.
We recommend that you check all spelling and details prior to video phase.
This will avoid additional cost.
CAN I HAVE THE DESIGN FILE FOR MY BANNER/INVITATION/BOARD ETC?
No. The design is strictly made for Motion Evite only.
We DO NOT provide any form of design / working file to be used for other medium.
CAN I HAVE THE MONOGRAM DESIGN?
The monogram design is available for purchase separately.
You will receive TWO file format
PDF (for printing purposes)
PNG (for online/ digital purposes)
HOW CAN I SHARE THE VIDEO?
You can upload the file via WhatsApp, iMessage, Facebook, IG Stories etc..
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT METHODS?
We accept payments via PayPal (international) or Online bank transfer (local).
For Pay Pal, there will be additional processing fees (per each transaction).
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We only accept cancellation on these few conditions

IMPORTANT
All Motion Evite video is delivered with either
ELLO’S LOGO or “MOTION EVITE BY @ELLOPROPS” appearing at the end of each video. These are not removeable.
By placing your order, you are agreeing to all of the above terms and conditions.
Colours may vary from screen to screen.
Every screen has a different capability to display colours and this may effect the preview.
